Order Management Analyst – Walk-in Interview (Noida)

About the role

HCLTech is seeking an Order Management Analyst to join its Noida team. The position is open for walk‑in interviews on 23rd and 24th July, and candidates must bring updated resumes and ID proof. Fresh graduates are not eligible; the role requires prior experience in order management.

Key responsibilities

• Review quoting and contracting data from the internal sales team.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and customers and propose alternative rate cards.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for the quotation process and support BAU activities.
• Create install, move/add/alter, and amendment quotes for new and existing customers.
• Utilize workflow management tools to process assigned cases and tasks.
• Enter quote, contract, and order details into platforms such as Current Platform, Proposal Manager, and Premisys.
• Coordinate with sales, customers, and internal teams to secure approvals and meet SLAs.

Required profile

• Graduation (BS/BE/B.Tech) with 1‑4 years of experience in telecommunications or networking order management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and the local language.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining high data accuracy.

Required skills

• Knowledge of telecommunications and networking technologies.
• Experience with SFDC (Salesforce) and quoting systems.
• Familiarity with ordering and workflow‑management platforms (Current Platform, Proposal Manager, Premisys).
