Core Maintenance Engineer – Utilities

About the role

You will work closely with the core team to ensure uninterrupted operation of utility equipment that supports network services. The role focuses on maintaining high availability, monitoring performance, and driving continuous improvement of utility assets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the core team for critical issues resolution.
• Ensure 100% uptime of utility equipment and network facilities.
• Track and close utility alarms within service level agreements.
• Record power consumption of utility equipment.
• Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance of utility equipment.
• Provide project progress updates on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Prepare and maintain MIS and reports for monitoring efficiency.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Carry out level 2 rectification of utility equipment.
• Monitor and maintain ownership for large facilities and projects as per service level agreements.

Required profile

• Graduation (B.E. / Diploma) in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in utility equipment maintenance.
