Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Manager

About the role

PWC is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance professional to join its Oracle Services Practice in Bengaluru. The role will focus on delivering end‑to‑end finance solutions using Oracle Fusion ERP, helping clients optimise finance operations and achieve their digital transformation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) for Indian clients.
• Provide guidance on India localisation features and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, and mentor junior team members.
• Apply critical thinking to solve complex, unstructured business problems.
• Use a broad range of analytical tools to extract insights from industry trends.
• Communicate findings clearly and influence stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and professional standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 successful Oracle Fusion Finance implementations in the Indian market.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
