Oracle ERP Manager

About the role

PwC's Oracle Services Practice is seeking an experienced Manager to lead large‑scale Oracle ERP implementations and advisory engagements. The role focuses on helping clients across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and other domains achieve their digital transformation goals using Oracle solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle ERP (EBS & Fusion) implementation projects for major clients.
• Drive pre‑sales activities, develop go‑to‑market strategies and create unique value propositions.
• Manage large transformation engagements and maintain senior client relationships, including CXO‑level interactions.
• Collaborate with OEMs and internal leaders to build and execute GTM initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership and present solutions across finance, supply chain, manufacturing and related industries.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP (EBS & Fusion).
• Domain expertise in Finance, Supply Chain or Manufacturing with a big‑picture view.
• Deep industry knowledge in BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare or Professional Services (IT & ITES).
• Proven track record of handling large‑scale transformation projects and client relationship management.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage CXO‑level stakeholders.
• MBA or BTech preferred.
