Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead – Manager

About the role

PwC’s Oracle Services Practice is seeking an experienced professional to lead Oracle Cloud Finance functional engagements. The role will support clients in designing, configuring and deploying Oracle Fusion Finance solutions across finance, supply chain and analytics domains, ensuring seamless end‑to‑end processes and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct AS‑IS analysis of client finance applications and design TO‑BE Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.
• Configure Oracle Finance Cloud ERP modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM) and lead system set‑up.
• Facilitate CRP and UAT sessions, gather client feedback and drive solution refinements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate finance solutions with broader Oracle Supply Chain Management initiatives.
• Travel to client sites across India as needed to support implementation and post‑go‑live activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Finance (Fusion) implementations.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
