Operations Team Member

About the role

The Operations Team Member will support FastBeetle’s day-to-day logistics activities in Srinagar. You will help coordinate pickups and deliveries, track shipments and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and monitor pickups and deliveries, maintaining alignment with customer expectations.
• Track shipments using the company’s digital platform and update records promptly.
• Communicate with customers, business partners and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse and delivery staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase speed and reliability.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with company processes and service standards.

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and performance monitoring.
• Effective communication abilities to interact professionally with customers and partners.
• Sales and customer-relationship aptitude to support service offerings and business growth.
• Operations management capability to coordinate logistics processes and ensure quality.
