Tour Executive

About the role

The Tour Executive will join Chakar Experience in Srinagar to design and deliver memorable travel experiences across Kashmir, Ladakh and Manali. Working on‑site, you will coordinate all aspects of tours, from initial client consultation to on‑ground execution.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design and schedule tour itineraries tailored to client preferences.
• Book and confirm accommodations, transport and local services.
• Communicate with clients before and during trips to provide destination information and address queries.
• Support guided tours on the ground, handling logistics, changes and any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, client interactions and tour documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in tour planning, itinerary design and tour management.
• Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
• Customer‑service orientation with problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Knowledge of regional destinations such as Kashmir and Ladakh.
• Prior work in travel or hospitality and familiarity with reservation systems.
