Operations Manager – Mysore

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day activities across our three business units – Classe365, Hiree365 and Huddle – in Mysore. The role combines business administration, finance coordination, tenant management and facilities oversight, reporting directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate finance and administrative tasks, follow up on customer payments, and support sales administration for Classe365 and Hiree365.
• Manage tenant relationships, billing, and day‑to‑day operations for the Huddle coworking space, including vendor and contractor coordination.
• Oversee office administration in Mysore, handling security, cleaning, supplies, and employee‑related support.
• Track renewals, churn, collections and occupancy, preparing operational reports and highlighting risks.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements and ensure cross‑team actions are completed on schedule.
• Support the Huddle renovation by coordinating contractor access, schedules and communication while minimising disruption.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, business administration, facilities or customer operations.
• Bachelor’s degree and residence in Mysore, Karnataka.
• Excellent communication, organisational and follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable handling invoices, payments and operational reporting.
• Ability to work independently across multiple priorities.
