Operations Manager – Delivery & Business Operations

About the role

Softobiz, a technology firm that builds software and runs Global Capability Centres (GCCs) for international clients, is looking for an Operations Manager. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery engine of our GCCs and the day‑to‑day business operations, continuously improving processes through automation and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Review, redesign and automate manual or duplicated operational processes across the company.
• Implement AI tools to streamline reporting, tracking, onboarding and handoffs.
• Oversee GCC delivery operations, ensuring quality, productivity and timeline commitments.
• Run operational reporting cadence with clients, produce dashboards and resolve delivery issues.
• Manage internal business operations, including vendor coordination, workplace logistics and internal tooling.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT and Finance to align and automate cross‑functional processes.
• Direct an operations support resource handling day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Coordinate staffing, ramp‑ups and capacity planning for offshore teams.
• Maintain and improve the operating model for GCCs and support the launch of new centres.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations management within a technology‑focused environment.
• Strong track record of process improvement, automation and AI integration.
• Ability to produce clear operational reports and to escalate issues appropriately.
• Leadership skills to manage support staff and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
