Operations Executive

About the role

BeginBird is looking for an Operations Executive to join its on‑site team in Dehradun. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth order fulfilment, inventory control, logistics coordination and customer support for a fast‑growing educational‑toy brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage order processing, tracking and reconciliation across multiple sales platforms.
• Monitor Return‑to‑Origin (RTO) cases, identify trends and implement reduction strategies.
• Oversee inventory management, conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate records.
• Perform quality checks on incoming products and ensure correct counts.
• Handle daily order fulfilment tasks, including shipment labeling and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory records to guarantee product availability.
• Provide customer support via WhatsApp, addressing order queries and delivery issues.
• Prepare basic operational reports covering dispatch, pending orders, RTOs and inventory status.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics or e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a startup setting.
