Operations Executive – Ground Operations (Hub)

About the role

The Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Hub Operations is responsible for end‑to‑end mid‑mile operations at an assigned Air or Surface Hub, ensuring seamless movement of shipments across the Blue Dart network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee inbound, outbound and transit operations to maintain network connectivity and service reliability.
• Lead shift operations, coordinating shipment processing, fleet movements, manpower deployment and operational resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with Network Operations, Aviation, Surface Linehaul, Customer Service and Regional Operations teams.

Required profile

• Senior Executive or Assistant Manager level experience in hub or logistics operations.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate complex operational workflows.
• Strong understanding of mid‑mile logistics, safety compliance and productivity metrics.
