Collection & Delivery Executive

About the role

This full‑time hybrid position based in Ahmedabad coordinates the daily collection and delivery of instruments and equipment between customer sites and Micro Precision Calibration labs. The role ensures timely pickups and drop‑offs, maintains accurate documentation, and supports safe transport of calibrated items.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily routes for collecting and delivering instruments, adhering to scheduled timelines.
• Maintain accurate records, verify orders against service requests, and update tracking systems.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to confirm schedules, resolve logistics issues, and provide status updates.
• Handle basic packing, labeling, and safe transport of equipment, and support inventory checks.

Required profile

• Strong logistics and coordination skills, including route planning and scheduling.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail for documentation, labeling, and tracking.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and familiarity with local routes (preferred).
• Minimum high school diploma; vocational or technical training in logistics or related fields is beneficial.
