Operations Analyst

About the role

Join Altisource, a NASDAQ‑listed leader in mortgage and real‑estate technology, and work directly with executive leadership to develop and organize financial strategy across multiple business lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client inventory and perform matrix analysis based on trustee inventory.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and exception summaries.
• Ensure proper controls for exceptions and that control‑report teams meet SLAs.
• Support internal teams with accurate information and assist with audit templates, manuals and required documentation.
• Drive day‑to‑day reporting, month‑end closing within five working days, and timely responses to client or vendor requests.
• Complete statutory and internal audit reports, SOX cycles, and SOP reviews by management deadlines.

Required profile

• Graduate with 2‑4 years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Proactive, deadline‑conscious, assertive and flexible to work US shifts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and interpersonal communication skills.
