Onsite IT Support Specialist – Desktop & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Onsite IT Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of end‑user devices and office IT infrastructure. You will work directly with employees, providing prompt technical assistance across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and peripherals on Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues efficiently.
• Manage the full device lifecycle: provisioning, deployment, maintenance and decommissioning.
• Support office IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, AV systems and workplace technologies.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, perform inventory audits and enforce asset‑management policies.
• Collaborate with Level 2 support teams and coordinate with third‑party vendors for escalations.
• Assist with IT projects, office relocations and technology deployments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑user support and IT infrastructure environments.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
• Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
