Online Reputation Manager

About the role

Angara, a leading fine jewellery brand, is expanding its Indian operations and seeks an experienced Online Reputation Manager to safeguard and enhance its digital brand presence across e‑commerce and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage Angara’s reputation on review sites such as Trustpilot, Yotpo, Google Reviews, BBB, Bizrate, as well as Reddit, forums and blogs.
• Lead CAPA or equivalent feedback‑to‑action processes, turning customer insights into measurable business improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create brand‑aligned responses, internal reports and stakeholder presentations.
• Analyze reputation data using advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, data modelling) and Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Integrate AI‑driven tools for VOC analysis and recommend actionable enhancements.
• Support SEO/SERP initiatives by ensuring reputation signals positively influence organic search.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in VOC management, online reputation management, brand intelligence or customer insights within e‑commerce, D2C, luxury or high‑visibility consumer brands.
• Proven track record of influencing business outcomes through structured feedback processes.
• Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑paced startup environment and able to create structure where none exists.
