About the role

Join FirstCry.com’s marketing team as an Online Marketing Intern in Pune, supporting key advertisers and agency partners to drive performance on the FirstCry ADBees platform. You will work closely with clients, analyze campaign data, and help optimize digital marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with key advertisers and agency partners to achieve performance on FirstCry ADBees.
• Dive deep into campaign performance data, guide KPI‑driven measurement strategies, and identify performance trends.
• Prepare key data points for internal meetings and recommendations.
• Participate regularly in client meetings to deepen relationships.
• Partner with cross‑functional internal teams to deliver campaign results.
• Facilitate campaign activation and the creative production processes.
• Own post‑campaign analysis, providing findings and recommendations to drive repeat business.
• Adhere to internal best‑practice guidelines, processes, and operating cadences.
