Office Boy

About the role

We are looking for an Office Boy to ensure the office environment remains clean, organized and welcoming for staff and visitors. The role involves daily cleaning of workstations, cabins, meeting rooms and common areas, as well as pantry management and basic support tasks to help the team focus on their core work.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office premises, including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms and common areas.
• Dust and clean furniture, office equipment and fixtures regularly.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry and kitchen area.
• Wash and keep tea cups, glasses and utensils clean.
• Refill pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar and drinking water.
• Perform general housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Dispose of office waste and ensure dustbins are emptied regularly.
• Provide basic office assistance and support to staff when required.
• Monitor and refill daily office supplies.

Required profile

• Ability to perform cleaning and housekeeping tasks across all office areas.
• Willingness to serve tea, coffee and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Reliability in maintaining pantry supplies and handling waste disposal.
