About the role

We are looking for a reliable Office Boy to support the daily operations of our office in Bankura. The role involves maintaining a tidy work environment, handling office supplies, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. This is an entry‑level position with regular working hours and a Sunday holiday.

Key responsibilities

Distribute equipment, parts and files to the appropriate staff members.
Coordinate with suppliers to place orders, track deliveries and maintain inventory records.
Order, receive and restock office supplies as needed.
Monitor inventory levels and generate regular reports.
Submit delivery paperwork to the office at the end of each day.

Required profile

Minimum education: 8th, 10th or 12th pass (or higher).
Ability to work 8 hours per day with a Sunday off.
Basic numeracy and ability to follow written instructions.

Required skills

Handling of office equipment and documents.
Basic record‑keeping and paperwork management.

What we offer

Monthly salary between INR 7,000 and INR 9,000.
Stable onsite work environment in Bankura.
