About the role

We are looking for a reliable Office Boy to support daily office operations in Bankura, West Bengal. The role involves basic office maintenance, handling paperwork, and assisting staff with equipment and supplies.

Key responsibilities

Distribute equipment, parts, and files to relevant staff members.
Coordinate with suppliers to manage orders, sales orders, and inventory records.
Maintain office supplies, including ordering and restocking items as needed.
Track and report on inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date records.
Submit all delivery paperwork to the office at the end of each day.

Required profile

Minimum education: 8th pass, 10th pass, 12th pass or higher.
Ability to work 8 hours per day, with Sundays off.

Required skills

Basic office record‑keeping and paperwork handling.
Ability to coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory records.

What we offer

Salary ranging from INR 7,000 to INR 9,000 per month.
Stable onsite position in Bankura, West Bengal.
