Nursing Officer – Patient Care & Assessment

About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a Nursing Officer to join its clinical team. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care, assessing patient health problems, and supporting patients and families throughout their recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms, and maintain accurate patient records.
• Administer medications, treatments, and perform point‑of‑care tests.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Conduct nursing assessments, monitor vital signs, and evaluate patient progress.
• Provide bedside care, operate medical equipment, and manage inventory of supplies.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post‑discharge care.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• 1st division in 10th, 12th and nursing qualifications.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, and initiative.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for documentation and record‑keeping.
