Nurse Assistant – Full-time Position in Hyderabad

About the role

The Nurse Assistant will support the nursing team in delivering high‑quality patient care at a hospital in Hyderabad. This full‑time position involves direct bedside assistance, health monitoring, and coordination with multidisciplinary staff to ensure optimal recovery for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Record patients’ medical history, symptoms and vital signs.
• Administer prescribed medication and treatments safely.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to plan and execute patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report changes promptly.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment is functional.
• Deliver bedside care, including hygiene, mobility assistance and wound care.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment according to protocols.
• Participate in regular in‑service training and professional development.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and a nursing qualification (GNM, BSc or MSc Nursing).
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, communication and initiative.
• Ability to provide moral and physical support to patients.
• Basic computer literacy.
