Nurse Assistant – Clinical Care Role

About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to support patient care across its facilities. The role involves assisting with clinical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing education to patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms, and maintain patient charts.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patient vital signs and overall health status.
• Provide bedside care, support, and education to patients and families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment is operational.
• Operate and care for medical equipment used in daily patient care.

Required profile

• Graduate with GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing qualification.
• Academic excellence: first division in 10th, 12th, and nursing degree.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate initiative.
