About the role

We are seeking a Nurse Assistant to join our team at a leading Indian hospital. The role involves providing direct patient care, supporting clinical teams, and maintaining accurate medical records. Candidates should have a nursing qualification and up to five years of relevant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care diagnostic tests.
• Conduct nursing assessments and monitor patient health.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies.
• Deliver bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Participate in regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing/BSc Nursing/M.Sc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of experience in nursing or patient care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate tasks.
• Initiative, moral support, and a compassionate physical approach to patients.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Computer literacy for basic documentation and record‑keeping.
