About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to join Apollo Hospitals, one of India’s leading healthcare providers. The role involves delivering direct patient care, supporting nursing teams, and ensuring accurate medical documentation in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Record patients’ medical history and symptoms.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ health status and report changes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure bedside care.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment.
• Participate in regular in‑service education sessions.

Required profile

• Graduate with 1st division in 10th, 12th and GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and coordination skills.
• Compassionate approach to patient care.
• Basic computer literacy.
