New Product Development Engineer (Aluminium Façade)

About the role

We are looking for a New Product Development Engineer to lead the design and improvement of architectural products, specifically aluminium façade systems. The role is based in Bangalore and requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and product innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design new aluminium façade products and develop customized solutions for clients.
• Improve existing product lines by incorporating engineering best practices and market feedback.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, manufacturing, and marketing to bring concepts to production.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and prototype testing plans.
• Support product launch activities and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or an MBA with a focus on marketing.
• Proven track record of designing new products and implementing product improvements.
