Multiple Hospitality Roles Open – Sous Chef, Barista, Housekeeping, Crew

About the role

Fluffy Egg, a fast‑growing quick service restaurant brand in Pune, is expanding its team. We are looking for experienced kitchen professionals, baristas, housekeeping staff and front‑of‑house crew members to deliver high‑quality food and service in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and innovate menu items, with a focus on egg‑based and Indo‑fusion dishes (Sous Chef, CDP).
• Assist senior chefs, execute prep tasks and maintain station cleanliness (Commis I‑III).
• Craft high‑quality coffee and beverages, manage the coffee station and uphold hygiene standards (Barista).
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and back‑of‑house areas, ensure hygiene compliance (Housekeeping).
• Provide friendly front‑of‑house service, handle orders and support guests (Crew Members).

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years kitchen leadership experience for Sous Chef.
• At least 3 years experience in egg‑based or Indo‑fusion cooking for CDP.
• Enthusiastic learners for Commis roles, willing to grow in a QSR setting.
• Barista candidates with experience in coffee preparation and station management.
• Housekeeping and crew members with a focus on hygiene and customer service.
