Multi Technician – Hotel Operations

About the role
Accor is seeking a proactive Multi Technician to join its hotel team in Hebbal. The role supports daily operations by ensuring safety standards, maintaining uniform appearance, and assisting various departments as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Be fully conversant with hotel fire, life safety, and emergency procedures.
- Comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures at all times.
- Attend briefings, meetings, and training sessions assigned by management.
- Report for duty on time, wearing a clean and complete uniform.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by hotel management.
Required profile
- Secondary or high school education.
- Trade certificate or at least one year of relevant hands‑on experience.
- Good reading and oral proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and customer‑contact skills.
- Service‑oriented with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Self‑motivated, energetic, and professionally groomed.
