Multi Technician (Hotel Operations)

About the role

The Multi Technician supports daily hotel operations by ensuring safety, compliance, and a high standard of service. You will work on‑site in a hospitality environment, collaborating with various departments to maintain a safe and welcoming guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full knowledge of hotel fire, life‑safety and emergency procedures.
• Follow all hotel and departmental policies and procedures consistently.
• Attend briefings, meetings and training sessions as assigned by management.
• Report for duty on time, wearing a clean and complete uniform.
• Uphold a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
• Perform other reasonable duties delegated by hotel management.

Required profile

• Secondary/high‑school education or a trade certificate.
• At least 1 year of relevant hands‑on experience in a hotel or similar setting.
• Good reading and oral proficiency in English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Detail‑oriented, team‑player with self‑motivation and energy.
• Professional grooming and presentation at all times.
