MRO Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MRO Engineer to lead the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aero‑engine components. The role focuses on developing and validating repair procedures, creating technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate service damages on aero‑engine components and determine root causes.
• Define and validate acceptance limits for repair and serviceability.
• Develop and implement repair procedures in line with OEM and regulatory requirements.
• Create detailed inspection manuals, repair manuals and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to uphold aeronautical engineering principles.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives for MRO workflows.
• Ensure adherence to aviation safety regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
• Proven experience in aerospace MRO processes and technical documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
