MRO Engineer – Aerospace Maintenance & Repair

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MRO Engineer to lead the maintenance, repair and overhaul of aero‑engine components. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that all repair activities meet the highest aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate service damages on aero‑engine components and determine root causes.
• Define and validate acceptance limits for repair and serviceability.
• Develop, document and implement repair procedures in line with OEM manuals and aviation safety regulations.
• Create detailed inspection, cleaning and repair manuals for engine components and assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams to ensure compliance with aeronautical engineering principles.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives for MRO workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
• Proven experience in aerospace MRO processes and technical documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving, root‑cause analysis and decision‑making abilities.
