Mid Level Finance Professional

About the role

We are looking for a Mid Level Finance Professional to join our team in Kochi. You will support and manage financial planning processes for both client engagements and internal projects, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow analysis for clients and internal initiatives.
• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements, reports and management information.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with senior team members on assurance, tax and consulting engagements.
• Communicate financial findings and recommendations clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to process improvements and quality control.

Required profile

• Strong finance and financial reporting background with experience preparing and reviewing statements.
• Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management.
• Well‑developed analytical skills for interpreting data and supporting business decisions.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial information.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field; CA, CMA, CPA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in chartered accountancy firms or professional services environment.
• High attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
