Microsoft Dynamics Associate

About the role

Join PwC's Microsoft Dynamics team as an Associate and help clients transform their technology landscape across front‑office, back‑office and mid‑office functions. You will work with Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and Power BI to deliver strategy‑led, technology‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Design and configure solutions, including customisations, integrations and data migrations.
• Develop client‑side scripts (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) and server‑side components (C#.NET) for Dynamics 365.
• Build and consume REST APIs to integrate external systems.
• Manage deployment, server administration and source‑control using Git or VSS.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• Relevant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales or Service modules).
• Hands‑on exposure to customisation, integration and data migration.
• Familiarity with Azure services such as App Services, Database Services and Service Bus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a consulting setting and communicate effectively.
