Men's Health & Wellness Coach Internship

About the role

The Men's Health and Wellness Coach Internship at Raaz is an on‑site position in Bengaluru. Interns will support male clients from small towns and rural areas in achieving optimal health, focusing on nutrition, weight management, and lifestyle changes while respecting cultural sensitivities.

Key responsibilities

• Design personalized wellness plans that address nutrition, fitness, and reproductive health concerns.
• Conduct one‑on‑one and group coaching sessions to motivate and guide clients.
• Collaborate with doctors, dietitians, and other health professionals to ensure integrated care.
• Assist in outreach programs that raise awareness about reproductive health and fertility.
• Maintain client confidentiality and document progress accurately.

Required profile

• Proficiency in both Hindi and English.
• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Sciences, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a passion for improving quality of life.
• Commitment to client confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Prior exposure to reproductive health topics is a plus.
