Mendix Business Application Developer

About the role

NXP is looking for a recently graduated Business Application Developer in Mendix to join its digital transformation journey in Bangalore. You will work in a cross-functional team building agentic applications with low-code development and related technologies, supported in developing your skills, including Mendix certification.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to develop applications with agility.
• Work with product owners, key stakeholders, users and UX experts to design and create appealing user experiences.
• Build solutions and applications with low-code and AI-supported coding tools.
• Liaise with stakeholders to monitor, validate and improve the solution.
• Deploy and maintain applications, taking part in DevOps mode.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience in Mendix applications.
• Fluency in English, verbal and written.
• Passion for IT technologies and willingness to learn new skills rapidly.
• Proactive, pragmatic and result-driven, with strong communication skills in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed environment.
