CRM + Integration Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

About the role

EY Consulting's Tech Consulting practice is hiring a Consultant for its National team, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and enterprise integration, based in Bengaluru. The role sits within the Technology Consulting sub-service line, which transforms businesses through people, technology and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and third-party systems.
• Build RESTful APIs, Web APIs, custom APIs, plugins, custom workflow activities and Azure Functions.
• Use Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management and Azure Functions for integrations.
• Work with Power Platform components including Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Configure and customize CRM entities, forms, business rules, security roles, dashboards and workflows.
• Develop JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Ribbon customizations and PCF controls where needed.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects and stakeholders, troubleshoot production issues and prepare technical documentation and deployment plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science.
• Dynamics 365 CE experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively across client departments while following commercial and legal requirements.
• Practical problem-solving approach, agility and adaptability.
