Medical Underwriter – Pharmacy Graduate

About the role
Medical Underwriting involves evaluating insurance risks based on the applicant’s medical history and applying medical guidelines to decide coverage. The underwriter reviews submitted requests and determines eligibility.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned underwriting tasks within set deadlines.
- Maintain high quality and accuracy in all underwriting decisions.
- Be flexible to work on Saturdays during periods of high volume.
Required profile
- Graduates with a B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree, freshers or candidates with prior experience.
- Experience in pharmacovigilance, medical summary preparation, medical writing, coding or transcription is desirable.
- Strong communication abilities and proficiency in Excel.
- Immediate availability for joining.
