Medical Representative – Kerendia Task Force

About the role

The Medical Representative will join Bayer's Kerendia Task Force to promote Bayer’s Kerendia portfolio to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and relevant target groups. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and delivering patient‑focused interactions both in‑clinic and off‑clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales, volume, growth, market‑share and product‑listing targets for assigned brands.
• Plan and execute HCP engagements using tailored Patient Focused Interactions (PFI) aligned with marketing strategies.
• Record all customer activities in Veeva CRM and leverage its functionality to enhance interactions.
• Monitor competitor activity and communicate insights to management.
• Organise scientific updates, CME events and meetings for HCP groups.
• Collect and collate sales data, manage order distribution and ensure credit policy compliance.
• Continuously develop medical, clinical and product knowledge to challenge the status quo.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (advanced qualifications a plus).
• 2–3 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in the local language; English proficiency is a plus.
• Energetic, enthusiastic and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Veeva CRM.
• Basic computer and tablet literacy.
