About the role
Fusion CX is hiring Medical Officers as Hair Coaches in Mumbai. The role guides clients through a hair-care journey: assessing their concerns, educating them on proper hair care, solving problems, offering emotional support and monitoring progress. It suits candidates with good communication skills, and freshers are also welcome. The position is office-based.
Key responsibilities
- Assess each client's hair condition according to the guidelines set by the Medical Team
- Educate clients on proper hair-care practices, including washing and protection techniques
- Help clients identify and address hair-related issues such as damage, hair loss or scalp conditions
- Provide emotional support and empathy for concerns like hair loss or thinning
- Help clients set realistic goals and monitor their progress
Required profile
- Minimum qualification: Class XII / H.S. Pass
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills
