Medical Marketing Manager

About the role

The Manager – Medical Marketing will lead and manage medical marketing activities for Danone's global brand portfolio in India. You will be responsible for creating, executing, and monitoring brand strategies that align with both commercial goals and health‑focused objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the market entry commercial strategy for the Consumer Business Unit (CBU).
• Prepare and roll out demand‑generation models for key accounts.
• Support account segmentation and targeting plans.
• Develop the Route‑to‑Market (RTM) strategy and oversee its execution.
• Interpret Healthcare Professional (HCP) insights to shape pre‑launch communications in line with global strategy.
• Analyze the digital landscape for Specialized Nutrition and launch consumer‑focused digital plans.
• Collaborate with the Medical team to generate local evidence and shape the market.
• Own the CBU market‑entry project to ensure on‑time launch.
• Identify and engage HCP evangelists to become Danone advocates.
• Conduct local strategic studies to uncover unmet needs and design tailored communication for HCPs and consumers.
• Build partnerships with hospitals, patient groups, and HCP networks.
• Conceptualize, develop, and execute the full medical marketing mix to drive brand agenda.
• Work with Sales and Demand Planning to produce accurate volume forecasts.
• Undertake fieldwork to establish strong connections with key stakeholders.
