Medical Doctors – Various Specialties & Critical Care

About the role

Nehru Memorial Techno Global Hospital is seeking qualified medical doctors across multiple specialties, including MBBS graduates, MD/MS specialists, and critical‑care trained physicians. The role involves delivering high‑quality patient care in outpatient, inpatient, ICU and emergency settings while upholding the hospital’s standards of safety, ethics and clinical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage patients in OPD, IPD, ICU and Emergency departments.
• Provide evidence‑based treatment and make clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality‑improvement initiatives and CME activities.
• Ensure compliance with NABH standards, hospital protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Respond to emergency calls and critical situations as required.
• Mentor junior doctors, nursing staff and allied health professionals.
• Promote patient satisfaction through effective communication and compassionate care.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with valid NMC registration for general duty positions.
• MD/MS/DNB (or equivalent) with valid NMC registration for specialist roles.
• MD/DNB in Critical Care, Anaesthesia, Pulmonary Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or related field for critical‑care positions; fellowship/training in Critical Care preferred.
• Experience: 0‑5 years for MBBS doctors, 1‑10 years for specialists, 1‑5 years in ICU/critical‑care for critical‑care doctors. Fresh post‑graduates with strong academic records are also considered.
