Medical Doctor – Corporate Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Doctor to join our Corporate Clinic network across major Indian cities. The role involves delivering high‑quality primary care, supporting occupational health programmes, and ensuring clinical governance in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide routine medical consultations, primary care treatment, and first aid for minor illnesses and injuries.
• Deliver emergency response and stabilisation using Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques when required.
• Assess patients, determine referral needs, and coordinate specialist consultations.
• Support occupational health activities such as fitness‑for‑duty assessments, periodic medicals, return‑to‑work evaluations, and health surveillance programmes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and ensure compliance with data‑privacy standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, incident reporting, quality‑improvement initiatives, and health‑promotion activities.
• Contribute to a safe, compliant, and professionally run clinic environment.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognised medical college.
• Valid registration with the Indian Medical Council or a State Medical Council.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with primary GP care experience essential.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is advantageous.
• High attention to detail, sound clinical judgement, teamwork, and ability to perform effectively under pressure.
