About the role
We are looking for qualified MBBS doctors to join our team as Care Coordinators supporting US healthcare operations. This remote position allows you to work from India while contributing to global patient care and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care activities across US time zones, aligning with evening shifts in India.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams to resolve queries.
- Document and track patient interactions using the company’s digital platforms.
Required profile
- Medical degree (MBBS) with a valid registration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work US evening shifts while based in India.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal laptop running Windows 11.
