About the role
Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Maximo Technical Developer to join its Bengaluru team. You will work on cutting‑edge enterprise asset management solutions using the Maximo Application Suite (MAS) in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Maximo technical solutions.
- Lead and support end‑to‑end Maximo upgrade and migration projects.
- Develop and manage integrations and data migration strategies.
- Customize Maximo to meet business requirements.
- Ensure performance optimisation and system stability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
Required profile
- 4–10 years of experience in Maximo technical development or lead roles.
- Hands‑on experience with Maximo Application Suite (MAS) versions 8 and 9.
- Proven delivery of at least two full Maximo upgrade projects.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a global, collaborative environment.
