Marketing Manager – Digital Video Streaming

About the role

Amazon MX Player is a fast‑growing streaming platform serving 250 million users in India. We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager who can blend strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to boost engagement, retention, and audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run engagement and retention programs using audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Develop compelling consumer‑facing messaging for new features, content drops, and platform positioning.
• Analyze acquisition, activation, and retention funnels to uncover growth opportunities and improve the content discovery journey.
• Collaborate with Product, Content, and Advertising teams to deliver personalized, ad‑supported viewing experiences.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional marketing experience (non‑internship).
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs from concept to completion.
• Experience creating promotional material for owned and operated channels.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (macros, charts, pivot tables).
• Tableau for data manipulation and visualization.
• Marketo or similar email/CRM automation tools.
• Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
