Marketing & Growth Manager – Luxury Villa Sector

About the role

Serai Villas, a boutique luxury villa management company in North Goa, is looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to lead its marketing initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive guest retention. The role works closely with the founder and will shape the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels.
• Create and manage content calendars, coordinating with photographers, videographers, designers and content creators.
• Plan and run campaigns for villa launches, seasonal demand, festivals and promotional offers while ensuring brand consistency.
• Design and manage guest retention programmes, including email, WhatsApp and SMS marketing, and build systems to increase repeat bookings and referrals.
• Identify, negotiate and manage collaborations with influencers, travel bloggers and media partners, overseeing hosted stays and deliverables.
• Establish strategic partnerships with luxury brands, wellness providers, travel companies and hospitality partners to generate co‑marketing opportunities.
• Oversee digital presence by coordinating SEO, paid advertising and website updates with external agencies.
• Track, analyse and report on key marketing metrics, lead generation, direct bookings and campaign performance.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, hospitality, travel, luxury lifestyle or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven ability to develop and implement content and social‑media strategies.
• Experience managing influencer collaborations and partnership programmes.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and project‑management skills.
