Manufacturing Operator – Weighing & Dispensing

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. The role involves operating and monitoring plant processes while ensuring strict quality, safety and cGMP compliance. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor weighing and dispensing activities, including pick‑list verification, material receiving, weighing, SAP entry, stock reconciliation and issuing raw material for wet processing.
• Manage tipping operations such as material staging, dumping, and hopper cleaning.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with SOPs and work instructions.
• Ensure housekeeping of weighing, change, WIP, staging, tipping, lift and staircase areas.
• Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Guarantee continuous compliance with Good Manufacturing Procedures (cGMP) and uphold hygiene standards.
• Support continuous‑improvement projects and help improve process efficiency and product quality.

Required skills
