Lab Technician

About the role

Envalior is looking for a Lab Technician to support quality assurance of high‑performance PA/PBT materials. You will work in a dynamic laboratory environment, ensuring that raw, in‑process, and finished goods meet strict standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance testing on PA/PBT materials.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs and work instructions for laboratory activities.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment such as MVR, viscosity testers, mechanical testing rigs, and injection molding machines.
• Validate testing equipment and handle ERP and barcode systems for traceability.
• Conduct colour matching and support customer/sample requirements.
• Maintain 5S and safety standards in the laboratory.
• Provide training to apprentices on quality control practices.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and warehouse teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or Engineering degree in Plastics/Polymer Technology.
• Relevant experience in material testing.
• Knowledge of ISO material testing standards.
• Hands‑on experience with laboratory testing equipment.
