Manufacturing Engineer – Aerostructures Assembly

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer specialized in aerostructures assembly to join our team in Adibatla, Hyderabad. You will translate engineering requirements into practical, repeatable processes that support high‑volume production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Manufacturing Instruction Sheets (MIS) and Visual Aids (VA) based on engineering specifications.
• Manage Bill of Material (BOM) and Material Master data, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Support tooling verification, First Article Inspection (FAI) prove‑outs, and generate Engineering Query Notes (EQNs) and Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs).
• Identify production inefficiencies and propose improvements to processes or product designs.

Required profile

• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications with strong GD&T knowledge.
• Familiarity with aerostructure raw materials, consumables, and associated manufacturing technologies.
• Understanding of assembly tool ordering, tool design review gates, and tool improvement cycles.
• Experience with standard hand tools and cutting tools used in aerostructure assembly.
