Manager – Transaction Services

About the role

Mastercard’s Global Business Service Center is seeking a Manager for its Transaction Services team in Pune. You will lead end‑to‑end support across the Procure‑to‑Pay lifecycle and oversee corporate card administration programs, ensuring a seamless and compliant experience for cardholders.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support Mastercard's corporate card programs, including Travel & Entertainment, Purchasing Card, and B2B payment solutions, while ensuring policy compliance.
• Partner with cardholders, managers, banks, and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries, support audits, manage exceptions, and drive card adoption.
• Onboard new suppliers efficiently, completing due‑diligence and risk assessments.
• Monitor purchase‑order spend and proactively request fund additions as needed.
• Advise on payment options for suppliers and charitable organizations, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Resolve and escalate issues promptly, providing regular updates to customers.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve processes, reduce friction, and meet Service Level Agreements.
