Manager - Site Operations

About the role

SmartQ is looking for a Manager – Site Operations to lead daily food‑court activities across its client locations. You will ensure seamless service delivery, coordinate with vendors and on‑ground teams, and drive operational excellence in a fast‑moving food‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a positive work culture and guarantee punctual, high‑quality service.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and report incidents, accidents, and near‑misses to management.
• Prioritise client retention by delivering consistent, quality experiences for both clients and employees.
• Conduct food‑wastage analysis and implement cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively within a team while taking initiative when working independently.
